Information on participating merchants may be updated periodically, and the final interpretation of the use of this Alumni Benefit Card belongs to CUAAASC.

Terms and Conditions for CUAAASC Alumni Benefit Card Usage:
- Eligibility: The Alumni Benefit Card is exclusively for alumni of the participating universities/colleges as determined by the issuing organization.
- Application and Issuance: Alumni must apply for the Alumni Benefit Card through the designated process as determined by the issuing organization. The issuance of the Alumni Benefit Card is subject to the approval of the issuing organization, and the card remains the property of the issuing organization.
- Usage: The Alumni Benefit Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder. The cardholder must present the physical or digital Alumni Benefit Card at the time of purchase to avail the benefits and discounts offered by the participating merchants.
- Benefits and Discounts: The benefits and discounts offered by the participating merchants may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The issuing organization does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of the products or services offered by the participating merchants, and shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from such products or services.
- Exclusions: The Alumni Benefit Card may not be applicable for certain products, services, promotions, or offers as determined by the participating merchants. The cardholder is responsible for checking and abiding by the terms and conditions set by the participating merchants.
- Card Replacement: In case of loss, theft, or damage of the Alumni Benefit Card, the cardholder must report to the issuing organization immediately. Replacement of the card may be subject to a fee or additional terms and conditions as determined by the issuing organization.
- Termination: The issuing organization reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Alumni Benefit Card program at any time without prior notice. The cardholder’s eligibility to use the card may be revoked by the issuing organization in case of violation of the terms and conditions or misuse of the card.
- Governing Law: The use of the Alumni Benefit Card shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the issuing organization is located.
- Amendments: The issuing organization reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be available on the issuing organization’s official website or other designated platforms.
- Final Interpretation: The issuing organization retains the final interpretation right of these terms and conditions, as well as the usage of the Alumni Benefit Card.
By using the Alumni Benefit Card, the cardholder agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms and conditions set by the issuing organization or participating merchants.
